New Families
We know you have many choices of dance schools. We’d like you to know what your dance experience will look like if you choose to register at DMSOD. All classes at our school focus on teaching proper technique. We focus on student’s health and wellness, being part of a team and of course, having fun! Ballet is the foundation of all dance and ballet is required to continue in jazz, lyrical, and pointe work, 99% of our students continue their study in ballet. Tap, musical theater and hip-hop may be taken alone without a ballet class. We will place students where they can succeed and gain confidence, they are not always placed by age.
